Cabo Revisited

I've been on traveling mode lately and it reminded me of one of the best trips this year so far. Cabo! I love that place and hope i'll get to go again. It was great to experience a different environment away from the concrete jungles of Los Angeles. This was the last day on the trip as we got breakfast from the cute little shop run by a San Diego native just following her dream to live in paradise. After picking up the last meal to go, we went back to our hotel Mar de Cortez to grab our bags and joined our driver to take us to the airport. On the way we enjoyed getting background info from the driver on where was the best authentic places to eat as well as super cheap mom and pop's which served same quality plates as all the fancy places overlooking the ocean or marina views. Well I wish we had that detail upon our arrival instead of our departure. Oh well, we loved everything we did and saw there and my knowledge can be used next time we're back! So with that, I hope you enjoy my last outfit featuring this high waisted slit maxi skirt I made!

Sunny Duluth

This past weekend I took a mini trip to Duluth, Minnesota to explore the spring scenery of the beautiful Lake Superior. Such a gorgeous day to be out and about in this small but treasureful city. ( I think I just made that word up)
Since being away from home for an extended period of time I have not been able to create anything new. Bare with me until I get back to LA for posts on my own designs. Until then I hope you enjoy the casual outfit here and the nature Minnesota has to offer.

Glitz and Glamour

Remember the black sweatshirt with the small glitzy contrast pocket from the Bull's outfit? Of course you do! It was only my last post. When I saw this fabric I knew I had to do something big with it. The print is amazing. New Year's Eve was just around the corner so I had to do something for that. Yes it was a few weeks ago, so here is what I wore out. A high slit evening dress which you can wear as a halter style, off the shoulder, or single strap. Ooh la la. Oh, and see my NYE nails! Incredibly jeweled! Pointed shoulder bolero jacket; Papaya, platform heels; Bakers. Photos by Katie Ralston and Arturo Pulido.
